This report is the tenth of the series “Investing in Youth”.
The report begins with an overview of the educational, employment, and well-being outcomes of young people in Finland. It then explores two key policy levers aimed at reducing the proportion of young people not in employment, education, or training (NEETs): (i) improving transitions from school to work, and (ii) implementing integrated service approaches to provide disadvantaged youth with timely and appropriate support.

The report opens with an overview of the labour market situation for youth in Peru, followed by an examination of strategies to tackle demand-side barriers to youth employment and to improve youth employability. Particular attention is given to the most vulnerable groups, including school dropouts, women, and Indigenous and Afro-Peruvian youth.
